AKC Purebred Preservation Bank website

The AKC introduced the Purebred Preservation Bank in 2023, a project to give existing frozen semen owners and dog owners the opportunity to have the AKC store or pay for storage of frozen semen that may rescue the breed in the future.

The Afghan Hound Club of America has put no requirements or restrictions on using this valuable resource. The AKC has all the details of donating frozen semen to their care at akcppb.org including explanations, videos, and donation forms.
